It's been busy. We've been living life to the fullest and enjoying every moment along the way. Racing season is here. Jason is enjoying riding his bicycle in this nice spring weather, and it's the end of the school year so I'm counting down the weeks till I get some time off with my little love bug. He's growing up so fast. He sings, he dances, he plays the guitar, and he is constantly on the move. Whew...I thought I never slowed down before having a baby and now I truly NEVER slow down. Good thing I'm a motivated person or my life (and house) would be a wreck.
We visited Jason's family in Pennsylvania over Easter weekend and had a great time staying with Jason's Aunt Gina. Elyas got to meet his Great-Grandmother who is 92-years-old. He absolutely adored her and is still talking about her. She gave us a clock and Elyas points to it everyday and says "nana clock"
I think this picture is hilarious. I promise we didn't take him to a heavy metal show while we were there although I can't promise that he hasn't been exposed to a little rocker music. He actually likes some of our music more than the kid cds we buy for him. I can't help that we have a super cool 1 & 1/2 yr old!
Jason's Aunt Gina and her 2 daughters, Anna Rose and Julia.
Jason and Julia decided to play a game of basketball.
Elyas decided he should join them.
Family Easter shot...
We spent some time in Philladelphia before flying home.
Went to Franklin Square for some fun outdoor time and to release some energy before the plane ride home.

Reading books with his buddy Townes.

Having snack-time outside at his adorable, refinished table we scored at the flea market.

Playing his ukulele that he was so generously given after he decided to pick it up and perform at the flea market.

And last...You know I always save the best for last...this picture was taken at his sitter's house. The best part about this was that it was totally NOT staged. She walked in the living room and there he was wearing sunglasses and playing his guitar (that they so lovingly gave him for Valentine's Day). She grabbed the camera and got the perfect shot! Oh our little rocker child. What are we ever going to do w/ him?? He is 100% GUZAK!!!!!
